A360 pricing is based on your BCBAs with profitability in mind. The pricing below represents a client with one practicing BCBA. Why? To give your practice the greatest opportunity to maximize your FTEs.
You don’t pay by the client or by the user because your clients change and your employees change but your practice remains the same.
Monthly Consulting

- Four hours of consulting every month focused on Billing, Operations, Auditing and Parent Education. Your hours can be used on any of these services. We recommend focusing on each services once a month; but each practice will need to address different challenges. We can help.
Billing Bundle

- Four hours of consulting offered at a discounted rate when bundled with Align360 Billing software. One hour a month on each topic is recommended. Additional hours may be purchased at the discounted rate. Practice Consulting hours are separate from Billing Software Consultation. (Price includes one practicing BCBA. Additional BCBA providers can be added on.)
Consulting Plus

- A must for a growing practice, This package includes 4 hours of Practice Consulting at our discounted rate, Align360 Billing software and our Audit Defense service – an ongoing compliance review for your practice. (Price includes one practicing BCBA. Additional BCBA providers can be added on.)
A $2000 set-up fee is charged at the beginning of your contract term. This fee may be credited back to your practice in two installments upon year-two and year-three renewals. Your costs may vary depending on the details of services appropriate to your practice’s needs and the number of BCBA providers on staff. Detailed pricing for your practice are available upon request.
